Stamina MC

Stamina MC is a stage name of drum & bass Emcee and vocalist Linden Michael Tarquin Rippington Johnson Spitfire Reeves Smythe. Stamina MC used both rapping and vocalizing.

He began performing in 1994. In 2000 he met DJ Marky, DJ Patife and XRS Land. Stamina is said to have the ability to MC to any style of music in any way.
He is best known for providing vocals for chart-topping singles Barcelona by D. Kay and Epsilon (2003) and LK by DJ Marky and XRS Land (2003). Unofficial videos are available for both singles.

Stamina MC has also collaborated with Makoto and London Elektricity.

In 2002 he hosted an 11,000 capacity arena for 11 hours, establishing him in Brazil. He then performed for 1 million people at the Peace Parade.
Stamina MC is currently still producing, as well as featuring alongside DJ Marky in many of his sets. Stamina has played in many cities all around the world such as Tallinn, Estonia (at club Prive), Budapest, Barcelona, Sao Paulo, and Cardiff. He has also featured on the BBC's 1xtra, alongside DJs like DJ Friction, High Contrast, DJ Marky, and DJ Patife.

Stamina MC also features in D.Kay's 2007 "Jazz-Step" Album Individual Soul in the track All That You Are.

Recently, Stamina MC featured in DJ Fresh's new single, "Hypercaine" with Koko as vocals.

Outside of Stamina MC's hectic schedule he can be found on the Drum and Bass Arena discussions boards, mostly locking threads about headphones.
